Staying at Island Colony

You’re in unit #720 on the seventh floor. The pool, sauna, and laundry are on the sixth-floor amenity deck.

01 / Arriving

445 Seaside Avenue

Look for the Island Colony sign on Seaside Avenue. Your booking messages have the instructions for entering the building and reaching the unit.

Check-in starts at 4 p.m. Please message us before arrival if you need an earlier check-in or somewhere to leave bags.

Nightly parking in the building is $45. A parking space is not included with the unit.

02 / Your unit

Island Colony #720 sleeps 6. The king bed is in a separate bedroom; the two bunks and sleeper sofa are in the living area.

The west-facing lanai overlooks Centennial Park. The Ala Wai Canal runs to the right, with views toward Downtown Honolulu and the evening sky.

The west-facing lanai gets warm in the afternoon. Close the shades to reduce the heat inside.

There is no washer or dryer inside the unit. Use the shared laundry on the amenity deck.

03 / The building

Lounge chairs are available by the pool and hot tub.

Bring your fob for sauna access.

Use the filtered-water station to refill bottles. Ice machines are also on the deck.

A small shop on the amenity deck, open until 10 p.m.

We’ve found Mariko, the owner, very kind. Contact the spa directly for appointments and prices.

To the right of the elevators. App and credit-card payment are available.

Follow the posted amenity hours and building instructions at each facility.

04 / Floor 6

Find the laundry.
Sixth-floor amenity deck. Turn right when you leave the elevators.
Choose your payment method.
Pay through the WASH app or use a credit card directly at the machines. Follow the machine’s instructions for the correct app and machine number.
Bring your pods.
We provide some laundry pods. If you need more, there is a Target nearby.

05 / Before you leave

Follow the checkout and fob-return instructions in your booking messages. Check drawers, outlets, the bathroom, and the lanai for belongings.

Message us through your booking for help with the unit or a maintenance issue. For an immediate building issue, contact the on-site security team.
